What We Never Use
To protect our clients and honor cultural dietary practices, our products never contain:
- Pork‑derived gelatin
- Confectioner’s glaze (shellac)
- Carmine/cochineal (red dye from insects)
- Lard or animal‑based shortenings
- Unlabeled allergens
- Artificial “boxed mix” flavorings
- Hidden animal by‑products in colors, glazes, or décor
If an ingredient is questionable, we don’t use it — period.
