Good Morning Everyone, I would like to express that when a potential client or an existing client reaches out to me I give them my undivided attention.

What does this mean? Well, I take time for each and every client weather they are new or current. If I take out time to have a conversation with you via email and you confirm that you agree to the terms of the contract. It is expected that you fulfill your part of the contract. Just as I take time to answer all emails at the end of the day if not sooner. If the contract is not fulfilled by you I have every right to cancel the contract and it would be up to my discretion to accept you back as a client.

Why via email? Unfortunately, due to some clients which have placed orders in the past and I had discussed their needs over the phone and was written in the contract the client wanted to change or add new items verbally and me trusting the client I would answer them over the phone and it has back fired on me. This is why from now on I will not be answering any phone calls. You can email me or text me and I would answer you this way we both have a written documentation of what is requested and what is agreed upon from both parties.
